Calling all sport fans - global company who operate in the leisure and retail business are recruiting an accounts assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be working onsite (approximately 2 days a week) at two of the most iconic sporting venues in the south of England. We're seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Billing Analyst or accounts assistant to manage revenue reconciliation and accounts receivable activity across a portfolio of food and beverage operations within a major events environment.
This newly created position involves responsibilities such as:
- Reconciling event-day revenue and cash
- Issuing invoices
- Overseeing credit control
- Supporting monthly P&L processes, and
- Producing clear and timely financial reporting for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and project work
This job will give you the opportunity to gain broad exposure across the finance and operational teams.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs and formula)
- An accounting qualification or part qualified (desirable but not required)
- Clear communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, event-led environment

Location
This role is hybrid, with time split between offices in London and remote working. Occasional travel (around twice per month) to sites across the Midlands and South Coast is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: £32,000 to £35,000
