Calling all sports fans - we are looking for a confident and proactive Revenue Analyst to support month-end revenue reporting by obtaining, reconciling, and analysing data from multiple sources across the business. This is a new and exciting opportunity where you will be working onsite (approximately 1 days a week) at two of the most iconic sporting venues in the south of England and travel into the central London office twice a month. This role requires you to have your own car and you will be reimbursed for all your mileage and travel expenses. Apply today for this once in a lifetime opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain revenue and costing information from multiple data sources and systems.
- Proactively liaise with onsite staff (including chefs and operational teams) to gather required cost and revenue data.
- Confidently challenge and follow up where information is delayed or incomplete.
- Reconcile revenue data and maintain clear, well-organised supporting schedules.
- Raise invoices and support accurate month-end revenue completion.
- Extract, analyse, and validate revenue data using Excel and other online platforms.
- Provide clear analysis and back-up to support reported figures.
- Work to fixed reporting deadlines and manage periods of high pressure effectively.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience gathering data from multiple sources (systems and people).
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with onsite operational staff.
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to chasing and resolving data gaps.
- Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs & Formulas) and general IT skills.
- Experience working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Some exposure to revenue reconciliation and invoicing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in revenue reporting, commercial analysis, or operations-focused finance roles
- Background in hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations (beneficial but not essential)
Note: This role does not require extensive accounting experience. The focus is on data collection, stakeholder engagement, reconciliation, and revenue analysis rather than technical accounting.
