. Code and input invoices onto purchase ledger system in line with company policies
. Reconcile supplier statements
. Process weekly and monthly payment runs via BACS, following company approval processes
. Liaising with staff and suppliers to resolve any queries
. Dealing with new supplier requests
. Input subcontractors payments
. Process and pay 60+ monthly staff expense claims
. Process and reconcile 12+ credit cards
. Assist with month end procedures as required, including bank reconciliations for up to 5 companies and preparing information for month end and intercompany adjustments.

. Ability to work to tight deadlines
. Be highly organized with great attention to detail
. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
. Experience in the Construction industry is desirable
. Experience using Construct for Sage software is desirable
. Knowledge of sub-contractor payments and CIS is advantageous
Salary £22,000 to £25,000
