Job Description

Busy, fast paced and highly successful company have exciting opportunity for an energetic customer service executive with strong administration skills to join the company on a permanent basis. You will be dealing with products that are being returned from customers, suppliers and arranging for them to be restocked and updated systems. Due to the nature of role, you will be required to lift boxes and check products that are returned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update Excel spreadsheets
  • Keep systems updated
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers via telephone and email
  • Dealing with PO numbers
  • Arranging credit notes
  • Liaise with Warehouse

Key responsibilities:

  • Good communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Salary £21,000 to £25,000 plus excellent benefits
