Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee activities related to the issue of Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements and accounting events, in addition to divulgation and achievement of Accounting Principles providing a proper support also to subsidiaries
  • Upgrade Guidelines Accounting Principles according to the international accounting principle (IFRS) and organize Administrative Procedures
  • Ensure the preparation of the annual and interim Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with the international rules and accounting standards
  • Guarantee the collection and elaboration of the necessary report for the consolidated financial statements
  • Support audit companies during the activities, dealing with certification of financial statement

Only for Statutory Financial Statement:

  • Guarantee proper general accounting and administration management, assuring the respect of local and international accounting and tax rules. Achieve correct recording of abandonment obligation and site reinstatement
  • Guarantee the correct notice of all labour cost

Only for Consolidated Financial Statement:

  • Guarantee, in order to meet deadlines, the correct loading of reporting package system during annual and interim consolidated financial statements, and the classification and management of participatory structures aimed at including them in the consolidated financial statements by making appropriate analysis for the assessment of economic and capital situations related to the participations
  • Analyse International accounting principles, regulations and principles in order to identify changes and implementations applicable to the Guidelines, drawn up for Consolidated financial statements
  • Plan and organize, with the support of competent units, Administrative Procedures according to the evolutions of business processes and procedures
  • Support Companies in the application of the accounting principles and administrative procedures
