Part-time Bookkeeper

£17.00 p/h + £2.05 p/h holiday pay, a total of £19.05 p/h

A global facilities company who are expanding fast in the UK and have a new and exciting need for a part time bookkeeper to join the team working two to three days a week in their southwest London office. Apply today!

The company are located minutes' walk from one of the best high streets featuring excellent shops, restaurants and bars. Further benefits include hybrid working, bright and airy offices minutes' walk from the tube, train and local buses.

Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or similar, have used Xero accounting software and have has similar experience in a previous job.

Key responsibilities of the Part-time Bookkeeper:

· Parttime support in the finance function of 2 to 3 days per week

· Knowledge of Xero is essential

· Raising invoices

· Chasing of overdue payments

· Creating weekly payment schedules to suppliers

· Submission of monthly and fortnightly payroll information

· Bank reconciliations with Xero

· General finance support to Site Supervisors

Key skills of the Part-time Bookkeeper:

· Ms Excel

· Xero accounting software

· Ideally AAT qualified or qualified by experience
